Welcome to the central hub of my 7-day cycling trip through Western Estonia and the Baltic islands. What started as an ambitious multi-week route ultimately became a compact, unforgettable 7-day lesson in adaptability, mechanical improvisation, and navigating physical limits.
From drinking coffee out of a French press on day one to analyzing power-meter imbalances in a mosquito-infested forest, this tour checked every single box of a classic bikepacking adventure. We fought coastal headwinds, ran our drivetrains through deep sand, crossed paths with familiar strangers across multiple islands, and experienced incredible local hospitality when things didn’t go as planned.
